The warranty was 5 years on the closed refrigeration system and of course we had ours for 5 years and 3 months when it developed a leak. Never had a refrigerator which only lasted this short of time.

Last version much better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice container is considerably smaller than the last version of same fridge. The ice maker randomly stops working and have to use reset button. The fridge door slings open exceptionally hard and slings items on door really hard.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator works as it should It keeps everything cold the ice maker works and it cycles on and off as required Two features I don't like is there in no humidity control on any bin The water filter is in a ridiculous location As a 70 year old having to get down on the floor to replace it is an extremely poor design plus as you open the door the filter starts to pop out that's O K until you try to replace it as it does not stay in and you have to close the door to seat it sometimes you have to close the door three or four times until it closes from the pressure of the filter pushing it open TERRIBLE DESIGN

We were disappointed and concerned after reading past reviews. We purchased it feeling we had no other options. So far we love this fridge! Plenty of room for the two of us. Ice maker works really well and the grandkids love the water and ice in the door. Very happy with fridge and was a good price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this to replace a Samsung French door refrigerator that was only three years old. The ice maker broke. Cooling was so uneven in the refrigerator. I went with the whirlpool because of its top rating. Compared to this Samsung it is wonderful!,
I would recommend this to a friend!
