basic model shelves are not adjustable no egg hold

Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago. I like the style and design and it's great having the ice/water dispenser on the door.
If I don't lock it sometimes I can hear the ice maker kick on and the ice ends up on the floor. I think locking it would solve the issue. Also, I have it on the manufacturer's setting and it keeps the food and drink nice and cold. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. Out of all the refrigerators I looked at, this had all the features I was looking for, and it fits perfectly in a small space.

Trustworthy brand

It performs well but I'm somewhat unhappy that I was compelled to purchase a 65 inch tall unit versus a 67 inch tall unit (of which our previous Maytag was) that is actually no longer manufactured. The difference equals less space, less cu. footage.

Average Product - Some minor issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this unit now for just over one month. Overall, good product. Just a bit bigger than the Whirlpool unit (that was 22 years old) that I replaced. I don't like the way the in-door water dispenser was engineered - the actuator switch to start the water dispenser is very small and not easy to use (cups and water bottles easily slip off the actuator switch and water then sprays onto the floor). The frig moves forward every time we open one of the doors - I have checked the product manual and videos from the Whirlpool website, none of which accurately show how to lock the wheels to prevent the forward movement.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge works but I am disappointed in the quality. The ice dispenser only works on crushed. The water dispenser drips water down the front of the fridge. The drawers inside the fridge do not slide smoothly.
