Good refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Fridge works well. The cold water dispenser doesn’t seem to work at all. A technician checked it out and said it was OK. It doesn’t dispense cold or even cool water so I have to say I still don’t think it works at all
I would recommend this to a friend!

Inconvenience features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for several weeks. Overall it is ok. The freezer section is way too small. Luckily I am single and not much of a cook. This would not work for a family. I like how quiet it is. But my biggest concern is that the water filter is at the bottom next to the floor! Seriously???? I don't want to have to lie on the floor to change it. I would not have bought it if I had known that. Who designed this???? Also, I ha e yet to refill a water bottle without spilling water all over the floor. The water spout is located on the outer edge and it makes a mess.

Water and ice dispenser is nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our Whirlpool refrigerator because it fit into the available space formerly occupied by our beloved 30 year-old Amana refrigerator that failed after an electrical outage. We're anticipating comparable reliability and durability from our new Whirlpool. A very nice lady at your call center helped us rectify dripping water from the water dispenser.

Ice maker does not work well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m happy with the refrigerator and freezer aspects but I’m really unhappy about the ice maker. It hardly makes any ice. I’ve turned up the freezer all the way and that did not work. Is there something else I can do?

Tiny, well built refrigerator

This unit fits perfectly and the ice maker does a good job for being a small refrigerator. The unit seems to have more cooling vs freezing space, which for me was also a huge win as I have a deep freeze in my garage. Overall, very happy with this unit.
