Average quality. Sloppy quality control.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had it for one week but it seems to work ok. It had a dent in the side that I wasn't too pleased about and the two bolts that hold up the section containing the filter panel were missing. I hope that's not indicative of the mechanical quality.

Forget making ice with this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice but not for ice. Averaging 8 ice cubes per 90 minutes in mild weather Seattle. Called support they said that is acceptable. Two weeks in and no change in performance. After second call to support the are sending a person to check it but no promises.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the refrigerator for a couple weeks and it works great. My only complaint is the controls for the freezer and fridge are on the same panel where you get ice and water on the freezer door. Easy for anyone to push the wrong button and screw up the items in either one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A fridge by any other name....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought ago because I had to. It's a standard side by side fridge. It does it's job. Side by side suck, can't put a pizza box in there. Who bends down to put stuff that low in the bottom of a fridge? Can't even stick a gallon sized jug of milk or ice tea in their without complications. Why does it always run? Last fridge would run, chill the ridge then take a break. This one runs non stop until you open the door.
The door doesn't auto close. Doesn't beep when left open for longer then usual to remind you to close. Took 2 resets to get the ice maker to run. Reviews from that look like I'm in for a fun run with it. Anyone know how many degrees is 4 squares cold? Dumb iteration for thermostat. Ice maker shoots the ice chips all over like a blizzard.
I'm stuck with this monster.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not a fan of a side by side, but this one is pretty darn good. I'm very happy with it and I feel like I have more room in this fridge than what I did in my old French Door bottom freezer fridge. The ice maker is a bit louder than my previous one but we absolutely love the ice/water in the door feature. That is something I've never had before. Total game changer. I did have to set my temp to the coolest for both the freezer and fridge as nothing seemed cold enough to me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bad interior design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator works as should. One great disadvantage to this frig is that the interior shelving is dedicated. All refrigerators I have bought in the past had fitment rails in rear of box and I could configure them as I needed them. Of all the shelving, none allows me to place a large bottle inside upright. can't place my drink pitcher, or the usual grape juice bottles in refrigerator. My gallon milk jugs barely fit. The top shelve is the only shelve to accommodate a gallon milk jug. Ironically, the door shelving has options.

Great except ice/water dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the price this is a great Refridgerator. I am dissapointed in the ice/water dispenser. The ice seem to always miss a little and get on the floor and the water is room temperature if not warm.
