[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love most everything about this refrigerator. I wish we could have gotten one just like this, but without an ice maker. We’d rather have the freezer space than an ice maker. Otherwise, it’s a gem!

The side by side freezer and regfridgerator is convenient layout and the ice maker is really a great feature. Never had one before. Our last couple of appliance purchases have been Whirlpools and we are impressed with the quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the side by side doors. I like the ice/water service in the door. I think the temperature controls would be better inside, as they are very seldom changed and certainly don't want them changed by accident! the motor constantly runs and at first I thought that the product was defective, but have since learned that this is a design feature. If so, I would have liked the promotional literature and/or the product manual to talk more about energy usage and refer to a "--star" rating system.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator is nice and somewhat updated from the model we had 17 years ago. This one is louder than the older one and seems to run more often than the old one. Also the doors on this one swing fully to the full open position rather than staying on where you let go of the door handle. We made sure the installer leveled it up correctly but the doors still swing wide open, especially if there is heavy items in the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm relatively pleased with my new side by side refrigerator. I love the crushed ice feature. It would be nice if the inset were just a little deeper as ice fragments sometimes end up on the kitchen floor. Wish the shelves were a little deeper, particularly the top one as some containers do not fit and have to be placed in the door.
