Door open alarm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because it fit in my limited space I’m happy with it but it doesn’t alarm when door is left open and information say it has this feature but doesn’t work or tell you how to turn this feature on or off

Nice, but shelves don't adjust.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only complaint I have about this model is that the refrigerator compartment shelves cannot be moved (adjusted). What you see is what you get. Because of this, you have to put gallon jugs of milk in the door shelves (which are, to a degree, adjustable). I was replacing the previous model of this same unit and mistakenly believed them to be nearly identical in style. Not. I had to stick with this model because of height restrictions under my overhead cabinets. Otherwise, it's a nice unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great ice maker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 10 days ago and so far the ice maker is all good! Have to wait for the summer when outside temperature could affect fridge temperature because right now it’s at its coldest and the meter reads 38 F. Fridge door is noticeably lower than the freezer door. Should I worry about it?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not very happy with this refrigerator. This refrigerator has NO adjustable legs to level the refrigerator to the floor. It moves and slide everytime you open the doors. I had to buy shims to stable the movement. Had I known it could not be leveled I might have bought another refrigerator or a different brand. I am truly disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The motor And it seems like it’s running all the time I called to get service and all they wanna do is sell me a warranty on something that the warranty didn’t expire for. I am dissatisfied.

Poor Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed to replace an older Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator. This new one makes odd noises. The interior workmanship is poor. The glass shelves and sliding drawers are extremely low quality. They don't open easily and seem quite delicate. I won't buy another Whirlpool refrigerator again.
