Good refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge is louder than my previous one and shelves don't allow for milk to be placed in the middle nor does it have space to stand up bottled sodas (16oz) unless you use the very top shelf. It's odd that they say the best place for milk is the middle shelf to back but then build a fridge that doesn't allow for that. Other than that it's been a good refrigerator.

Quality? DON'T BUY! 2yr/4m and Defrost Dies

Disappointing Quality. A fridge should last longer than 2 years and 4 months. It was delivered and installed on 11/27/2021. Today is 3/14/2024. Both the fridge and freezer are limping/not fully cooling. The cause is defrost coil and/or thermostat have failed resulting in an ice up problem. The repair cost is about a third the price of the fridge. I don't recommend buying this and I will avoid Whirlpool Products going forward.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well lit, nice open shelves on refrigerator side and door. Overall, pleased with purchase. Would have given 5 star rating if: 1) It had more height adjustable shelves in box (to fit milk gallons); and, 2) If there was control available for the duration of the on/off timer when the door is opened and closed, because the on/off timing is too short. That results in too many on/off cycles, which can't be good for the motor.

Fits in our small kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this refrigerator. Our kitchen is small so this fit in perfectly. Love that it has 3drawers and so many shelves in the door. The freezer works great and holds a lot of food. Our first time with an ice maker and water dispenser, very handy and convenient.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Water and Ice Dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for a second refrigerator. It's perfect. It's the right size for the space. I now have a water dispenser on the door and no longer need to fill and transport water bottles for a water cooler.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good smaller frig

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a couple of weeks ago. We needed a smaller refrigerator for our condo, and this fit the bill. One star off because the bottom only has wheels so no feet to balance on any of the 4 sides on our tile floor. We had to be creative and come up with something else. Overall, we are happy with our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poor quality control throughout. Shelves that can't be adjusted. Ice maker didn't work. Doors don't line up. Ice maker consumes a lot of space. I put my hand in a big gob of grease on the door hinge when moving it into position.I needed a refrigerator of this specific size, so I didn't have a lot of choices. I wish I would have looked a little bit more.
