Nice Size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this refrigerator about 3 weeks ago and it was running louder than a new refrigerator should. I contacted Whirlpool and they had someone come to look at it. The technician said some lines on the inside was hitting up against something to cause the noise and to call them back if there are any other issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator doesn't seem excessively noisy, so that's a plus. However, this refrigerator is a poor design. It's crazy that a modern refrigerator needs a shim added after installation to prevent it from rolling. My husband made one out of doorstops that he cut to size.
Also, the ice receptacle is way too big and takes up the entire top shelf. We had basically the same model previously and there ice receptacle was on the door so there was still a small usable shelf on top.
I wouldn't recommend this refrigerator if you have a choice.

Bought this refrigerator because of its size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this refrigerator for only three months and have had the repair people out three times. The water dispenser stopped working intermittently two months after installation and of course did not have the problem by the time our appointment came. Advised to replace water filter next time it happened, which was the next day. Replacing the water filter did not fix the problem. Had to wait other 5 days for the repair people to return a second time. During the wait time a loud noise started coming from the freezer and the ice started melting. Today the repair people returned the third time and replace several parts they hope will fix these two problems. Very disappointed. I expected better from Whirlpool.

Really Poor Illumination

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Illumination inside of this refrigerator is very poor. It is hard to see inside of the unit when it is loaded with food and sometimes I need to turn on the kitchen light to be able to find what I am looking for. The bulbs/LEDs are so tiny and located at the wort possible locations -- design needs improvement.
I am certainly disappointed with this issue :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Roomy, well lit refrigerator. Easy to control temperature and uncomplicated ice and water thru the door. I was surprised to learn that the shelves are not adjustable and are in fixed positions. I had to make big changes in the way I organize things. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars
