Nice appearance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got our new refrigerator last month and I do like the appearance of it but feel a few things could use some tweaking. The bottom looks like a piece is missing even though it isn’t. The shelves are not adjustable so I can’t have a 2 liter pop or a bottle of wine standing up in there but a gallon of milk does fit on the top shelf. It only has one drawer in the freezer and it’s plastic instead of wire/metal. And only a couple tiny shelves in the door. The water and ice in the door are tricky. The cup area seems short and you have to be careful trying to get only ice as the lever is behind the water lever and we often bump it and end up with some water in our cup when we only wanted ice. The water lever doesn’t shut off right away so if you don’t wait long enough it spills onto the floor and not many of our glasses are short enough to fit in there to begin with. It is stainless on the front only and painted textured gray on the sides which I did not notice before purchasing but I don’t mind. I think for the price it was ok.

Ice, Ice baby!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my refrigerator a while, as I wanted to really experience it before I commented. So far it has been great. It's not noisy at all. It can be heard running if your listening for it, but otherwise after time it just fades into the normal sounds of your home. The ice maker is great, I love having one that works well. My old fridge had a broken ice maker. The color black stainless fits in well with my other black appliances since I can't replace them all now. I do have 2 things that aren't perfect though. #1 The water dispenser sits in front of the ice dispenser. Water will drip down the front of the appliance if you don't hold your cup there a second or two after you release the dispenser to catch the last drop or two. If this happens it needs to be wiped up right away to keep water marks from forming on the door. #2 After inserting a new filter in the receptacle under the freezer door sometimes the door pops back open and it's difficult to close again. It doesn't always happen, and this doesn't always happen right away after changing the filter. Once it happened during the night and I found it open in the morning. But now that I have learned the idiosyncrasies of my particular appliance I love it. It's a very nice looking refrigerator, suits my kitchen well and I am in ice, ice heaven. :-)

Good Refrigerator

The panel to either raise or lower temperature should have been put higher as my grandchildren 4-5-7 years old love to press the light buttons and if I do not stay on top of this my liquids freeze
