Great refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the refrigerator a week ago. Love it so far. Keeps temperatures better than past units. Door shelf adjustments on refrigerator are great, would be nice to have similar adjustments in freezer section. Overall, love it. Quiet, functional, easy to see food on shelves, ice maker is great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Freezer width is narrow prohibiting freezing large trays of food. Very quiet motor. Excellent ice and water dispenser. Did not come with a crisper drawer. Overall, a very good refrigerator/freezer to fit into a smallish space.

Great fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our fridge a few weeks ago and so far we really like it! The ability to seperately set the freezer and fridge temp is really nice. We no longer have to freeze the food in the fridge to get the freezer cold enough! The only reason i gave this 4 stars is because the ice machine gets stuck. The cubes are not the traditional cresent shape but rather they look like cubes from ice trays. This shape is why i think it causes them to get stuck while pulling foreward to dump into the glass. Otherwise this fridge is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the refrigerator; they missed the delivery date twice. Once delivered it never got cold and all my food spoiled. They offered no compensation. When I called, they told me it would be 3 weeks before someone could come out and have look. I opted to get another refrigerator delivered. That took another 10 days, they missed the delivery date two more times.
The ice maker sits really low. Great if you are four feet tall. The freezer won't fit a frozen pizza box.

Nice product but the worst experience I've had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this Refridgerator with our new home. We thought is was going to be a great product. When we try to get water out of the water area, it shoots water out on the floor. It doesn't have a try to catch the water that drips. The handles out side stay loose. They will not tighten. The ice maker gets stuck and you have to waste most of the ice to get it to work again. So far this has been my worst experience with any Whirlpool product that I have ever owned.
