[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with the new refrigerator with the exception the interior shelves are not adjustable to be able fit a gallon of milk inside the refrigerator only on the exterior door. The ease of changing out the water filter is a nice option.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The style and size of this refrigerator are perfect for our space. It runs quiet, has plenty of storage space and is able to keep up with the demand on ice for a family of 4. The only negative item I have noticed so far is the finish around the water/ice controls is soft and easily scratches. Had 1 scratch when delivered and another already.

It meets my expectations very well., The temperatures on both the freezer and refrigerator are good, the doors hold a lot of food storage. The stainless steel finish is living up to it's no fingerprint reputation and the ice maker / water dispenser in the freezer door is popular with my family. One more thing, it is quiet enough for our kitchen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Basic features. Right size for existing space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this refrigerator 2 weeks ago and have had several problems which requires replacement of the unit. First, the right hand door does not line with the left. Second, the compressor is running for more than 12 hours at a time. This is not normal. Had a serviceman look at it. He verified this by measuring over a 48 hour interval. He said to replace the unit. Third, The manual. for this is terrible and Whirlpool should be ashamed to send it with the units. It is written for 4 different units and the illustrations which is the closest to this unit is still not the same. Come on guys! Whirlpool is a professional appliance manufacturer. I expected better than this. Fourth, after two weeks the ice tray is still not full. I am keeping an eye on it because I could not identify the stop arm as described in the directions.
Whirlpool does receive an "A" in getting a serviceman right out to look at he problem.
Other problems were not the fault of the manufacturer but with the set up crew.

We know that can be disheartening; especially when you have just purchased a new and you have high expectations for it. We’re sorry that we are not meeting/delivering these expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought to replace a previous Whirlpool. I like this refrigerator but the model I had to replace was better.
Unlike the first one we bought, we need to have it serviced immediately because one of the doors did not close properly.
Also The top shelf is too high and we are unable to lower it. Our only option is to remove it completely, which is not a good option for us.
