Good refrigerator on the small side

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator almost a month ago and I'm happy with it. This is a smaller model, so the freezer section is quite small, but I knew that when I bought it. However, I found out, you can't fit a regular size frozen pizza box in it without squishing it...lol. Also, there are 3 bins in the refrigerator side, which is one too many for me. To have taller shelves, I had to remove the one bin and one glass shelf. Works well for me now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cheaply Made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as a replacement for a terrific17 year old Kenmore side-by-side. Given the space available, it was my only choice. While nice to look at, everything inside seems cheaply made. The drawers don't slide well and don't feel sturdy. The icemaker takes up a lot of space and requires two hands to lift out. Changing the water filter requires keeping the freezer door open while you fiddle with it.

We are constantly working to improve our appliances and our service, and it is only through feedback from customers like you that we are able to do so. We have documented all of the concerns you have mentioned, for review by our managers and engineers. Our managers and engineers do regularly review our files, to look for areas in which we can improve our products. We know that can be disheartening; especially when you have just purchased a new and you have high expectations for it. We’re sorry that we are not meeting/delivering these expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, a good refrigerator but the only drawback is the non-adjustable shelves.

Not thrilled...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] -Looks good except for the doors not aligning. The fridge door id higher than the freezer's. -The drawers do not slide easily -The icemaker has limited manual access -The water dispenser is terrible as the dispenser nozzle is too close to the face of the door and it runs for a moment after releasing the activation switch. So water ends up on the front of the freezer door and worse, on the floor. This is taking some time to get used to. -We purchased this online because nothing was available local. Reviews gave us an "enhanced" sense of confidence for Whirlpool in general. Hopefully it will give us lengthy no=problem service.
