Great fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice fridge. Well built and love the fingerprint resistant stainless. Good amount of room in the freezer as well as refrigerated side. Like the can holders, they allow for more space on the shelves.

Husband & I have been married for almost 48 years and this is the 4th Whirlpool refrigerator we have purchased. I think that's pretty good. When we are in the market for a new appliance our first choice is Whirlpool. The refrigerator is a nice looking appliance. It's quiet and seems to have a never ending supply of ice! We feel we made a good choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a good refrigerator and the temperature settings are just as a like. The drawback is you can’t put any larger items inside as the shelves are not adjustable. And they didn’t design it with that spacing. Secondly I don’t like that every time I open the fridge it rolls forwards and i was told there’s nothing I can do about it since it’s on rollers

Terrible quality and design

Super disappointment in this fridge. We purchased this fridge to replace a 12 year old fridge as we had a baby on the way and I was worried about the fridge quitting on us and it was impossible to get appliances at the time. We were limited on space due to the build in cabinets and I was dead set on a water dispenser. The water dispenser is terrible 100 different ways. The water comes out very slow and then drips down the front of the freezer door. At about 18 months we lost all the food in our fridge and freezer as the freezer froze solid and stopped working. Every two weeks we unplug it, thaw the ice that’s built up all over the condenser to avoid losing our very expensive groceries again and again. Looking at a new fridge cause this is ridiculous. I knew we would have an issue with space just because of the size of fridge in general but what is advertised is definitely not what you are getting it’s still smaller! The doors do not align at all and drives you absolutely mad. It’s highly likely the shelves will break at some point because if you let go of the doors when opening they shoot open and everything in your shelves smashes together. The bottom drawer in the freezer is only good for anything small and in bags, boxes do not fit because the bottom is angled so you lose a lot of space because of it. The spacing on the shelf does not accommodate much, we use our old fridge for majority of our drinks because you only have the fridge door for any tall bottles and like I said, we don’t trust it because I’m certain something will smash. We have had a professional look at it for the freezer issue and they said unfortunately it is just poorly designed with low grade materials. They think it could be the mother board and for that price point to replace we should consider getting a new fridge. So our 12 year old fridge is now 14 years old and going strong and we rely on it ten times more now because of this hunk of junk. We will be looking for a new fridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
