[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good. I would like a little leeway in being able to adjust the shelves but it is what it is. The can caddy or whatever it is called is useless and was tossed into the recycling the first day. I like the ice maker, my last one worked when it wanted to. The deeper shelves are nice, compared to the last fridge. New fridge is the same size because of room constraints, so we were very limited in options. I do not store milk in the door as it is always a little warmer in the door, and the one shelf that will allow a half gallon fit wise, is about a 1/8 inch shorter than ideal. I have to really be careful in sliding the milk in, it barely fits. Half gallon cartons like OJ fit perfect but the plastic half gallon jugs is a tight squeeze
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is a fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the fridge is doing what it is designed to do - keep food cold and frozen stuff colder. However, I was not happy with the lack of height adjustment on the shelves inside the fridge. That would have been a deal breaker had I seen the fidge in a store - I bought it online and did not realize the shelves were fixed height. I also do not like the freezer side door hinge on the bottom - it looks like a piece is missing - really looks like I broke the fridge since you can see the hinge and plastic tubing for the water supply - who's idea was that as a finish look???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new stainless steel looking Fridge (WRS321SDHZ). However, I hate your can caddy I have no access to the shelf under the can caddy, a terrible design so I removed the can caddy rack to place all my condiment on the shelf.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this frig last week and was underwhelmed by the manual which failed to indicate where the water purifier is located. I had to read customer reviews complaining about the location of the water purifier to find out that one has to basically lie down on the floor to access it.
The freezer is very small. The frig shelves are not movable and short- making it impossible for a gallon of milk to be stored anywhere. I had to remove a shelf to make that happen.
I can live with this item, but I'm not impressed.

Nice fridge with one major drawback.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice fridge with one HUGE drawback. I love the interior lights and wide binds on the door, but the shelves aren't adjustable. I wouldn't have chosen this fridge if I had known that, because in order to put my box of wine or my juice pitcher in, I had to take out one of the shelves. Bad idea, Whirlpool! What is the reason behind this major change? Also, the connecting line for the ice/water is ridiculously short. The one on my last fridge was about 6', this one is barely 1'.
