[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is 2nd Whirlpool refrigerator in 6 months. FIrst one ice maker didn't work, even after having a repair man come replace something. The 2nd one makes ice but not in the amount it should. GIving it another week or so to see if it changes

Noisy and questionable design for ice/water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Noisy and questionable design for ice/water dispensers. The refrigerator makes a reasonably loud vibration type noise when it runs. Service couldn't replicate it and doesn't know what it is. Have just settled on it's a noisy refrigerator.
The ice and water dispensers don't take into account the refillable beverage bottles of today. It's a bit challenging to get a refillable bottle under the ice dispenser without touching the water dispenser at the same time. These are the reasons for my review. We do like the square ice cubes!

Poorly written manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it is okay. Manual is poorly written. Hard to find information on the water filter model needed and information on the ice maker. Information in the manual is too generic. Had to figure out how to dispenser water and not ice because manual does not address this. Still not sure how to change settings.

Decent. Does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a unusually short space for my refrigerator so I was happy to find this model that would fit. It is a little nosier than I’d like. The ice maker especially. Other than that, I’ve owned it for almost a year now. No problems. Works great. Spacious enough for me. (I live alone.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 11/28 and installed 11/30. The instructions that comes with it leaves much to be desired. There is no information on the features and settings for freezer and refrigerator. After much research found info on the features. The can feature does not fit soda cans. It's a nice feature if it worked properly.
