Good for small family

A very good refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sorry I waited so long to provide a review but shortly after delivery we left for a month so really did not get to use the fridge. We've had initial impressions and since being back we've got a little over a week's experience with it. We are not certain how we like that it stops running when either door is opened. We wonder if that shortens the life of the motor and/or affects the system. Not very happy that shelves cannot be moved/adjusted to provide changes for storage of certain size items. We are getting used to how the ice maker works when we need to tun it off or on - we had been used to just raising/lowing an arm like lever - not reaching in a small window acces to tun off a switch - over time we'll get used to that. It took some time to figure out which ice maker we had even using the book. We do like the operation of the ice maker that feeds to the outside of the door and also provides a verey good water access with good pressure. Overall, we are satisfied with the fridge but if we had to buy another at this time, we know better what to look for this being the first time in over 20 years to buy a fridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I purchased it, I didn't realize the handle would hit the counter, not allowing it to open all the way. I wonder if there is a different handle I vmcan purchase that isn't so long. I need the handle to be above the countertop

All-around great fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my new Whirlpool refrigerator! It's so easy to keep clean and changing the water filter was a breeze. The drawer bins keep my produce, eggs, and bread just the right temperature so there's no spoilage.

Not as good as my last one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shelves are not adjustable, they were on my previous Whirlpool. Sometimes it sounds like a saw when the motor runs. It does keep items cold.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good. One month in. I have had to set it on the coldest setting as things just weren't cold on the suggested setting. My only disappointment is the absence of leveling feet on this model. We've had to shim it. So that in turn will delay times we clean behind it.
