water ice / dispenser sucks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we bought it a month ago. the only feature we have a problem with is the Water & Ice Dispenser, cannot fit a glass or water bottle under it, ice spills out all over and water is to far forward and runs down the front of the refrigerator. The tray to catch the overflow is almost nonexistence.We keep a paper towel in it to catch the runoff.
Not Happy. they need to seriously look at this problem.

Have had the refrigerator a week and we were nervous after we ordered and read some of the reviews. We're limited in our space for a refrigerator and didn't have a lot of options as to what we can use. We had to replace a 10 year old Amana which we liked but quit working.
Pros:
Looks great (we got the fingerprint free stainless)
Ice maker and water filler are set up great - the water spout is out far enough that you can fill a water bottle and the ice maker is underneath and works well. Ice comes out a little fast so you have to be aware of that.
Cons:
Shelves do not adjust
Lighting isn't great, definitely darker inside than our old Amana
Seems like they could have made this a little taller and added cubic feet. It's a couple of inches shorter than our previous refrigerator.
Energy rating is worse than what our 10 year old Amana was and it was 3 cubic fett larger. I can't believe that they can't make something more efficient today than they could 10 years ago.

With regards to the people who complained about this being noisy, we do not feel this is any louder than any other refrigerator we have previously owned.
For the person who complained about the doors not being aligned, the owners manual states that it is shipped this way and you can adjust the doors. We did this and the doors did align. We had to go to the end of the stop but they did align.

Love the ice maker and the look of the fridge..don't love the fact that the shelves are not adjustable. Still pleased though and would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our fridge on the 12th of December and already have had to had someone come out to fix an issue with the ice dispenser. I do love this fridge, and I’m even ok with the shelves not adjusting as I knew this going in. Hoping this repair was just a fluke.
