Constantly Breaks

Very disappointed this microwave has broken twice. Had the whole main control panel replaced under a year ago and it broke again. This is the same issue other people are having and I hope Frigidaire owns up to this defect. It is very disappointing that the breaker has no blown twice on the main control board. Please help fix this issue.

Low Fan is the same as High Fan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There should be a noticeable difference between high and low settings. I live in a new construction neighborhood and there are a few others with this same model and problem who will also be calling for service.

There should be a distinct difference between high and low. Both sound exactly the same: LOUD.

It's a shame

We bought this microwave in July 2019 along with the matching refrigerator, stove and dishwasher from BrandsMart for our new home. About two weeks ago we were getting dinner ready and saw a big flash come out from the microwave and it completely died. We have placed the door fused and the thermostat fuse but nothing. In order to get anyone to repair it, we must pay an arm and a leg and is not even guaranteed that it will work properly. After reading so many reviews of people with the same issues, I guess the only option left is to buy another microwave but not a Frigidaire one. It makes me sad because it won't match our other appliances, but we have no other choice. Hopefully Frigidaire address this issue with this model so other people are not disappointed and let down like we have.

Tripped breaker!

We bought our home and had our appliances upgraded to the Frigidaire Gallery over range series. Well 2 years later, our microwave will not work. From what I can see this is the norm on this specific series and now I am upset because I paid extra for this. Stay clear! Because now Im having to repair or replace when times are tough! How can a company now give anything resolutions to these lemons! Clearly this is a common issue! Make it right!

Nice microwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a couple of months ago. It works great, although the door is somewhat difficult to close--the latch seems stiff. Also, we miss not having a light for our cooktop stove--this microwave doesn't have one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Need to wire board

Came with the house, but kept kicking breaker. Simple fix just replaced the door switches, but now I can't find any correct videos or pictures to connect all of the wires back right. This must be some special model the put in houses. It would be ok if I just had the right diagram to put all the connections back correctly :-(

Low power.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave took about 30% longer to cook something on high power then my previous microwave however it was very quiet. I thought something might be wrong with it so we returned it. We chose the gallery series because of it ascetic appeal so after returning it we bought a Frigidaire fgmv176ntf. I am very happy with the performance of the fgmv176ntf. It is however much noisier then the 155ctf.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
