Convection Microwave -see before you buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this with my other suite of Frigidaire appliances sight unseen based on it having a convection feature. The door is extremely flimsy and does not open well -you have to really yank on it. For the money I’m not impressed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The worse appliance ever

It's my experience that this is the worse appliance I have ever purchased in several decades. I had to reset almost systematically multiple times my home electrical circuit breaker almost every time I wanted to use this microwave.
Nobody in my household like to deal with this Frigidaire microwave appliance. No outcome is predictable even after repair.

Good - But irritating beeps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Frigidaire microwave came with the kitchen package in our new home. It certainly looks great but we are not thrilled with it. First of all, the beeping system is very irritating. I am talking about the alerts for when your cooking cycle has completed. It beeps three times - and then keeps beeping three more times rather frequently again until you open the microwave. And even the lowest volume setting is too loud. We finally turned the alerts completely off and have gotten used to setting the timer without any sound feedback.
The second issue is it is a little underpowered. Mayber that is just what you get with such a large microwave. Everything takes about 20% longer than what I was used to with smaller, less, expensive microwaves.

Very bad design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first brand new microwave needed to be replaced within 8 months. The same issue happened on the replacement.
To me this is a faulty design flaw that Frigidaire will not accept.
We had the kitchen remodel and Grand Appliances and TV recommend The Frigidaire line.
Now my new fridge needs a new ice maker as it keeps making noise.
We are sorry that we purchased the entire
line for our kitchen as we will NOT recommended Frigidaire to any family or friends.

Very Disappointed!

This is a beautiful microwave. However, after only 1 year 5 months it completely died! Repaired. Two months later has died AGAIN!! Repairman said if they fix our microwave it will just happen again as it is a design problem. So much for Frigidaire! Of course warranty is only good for one year. We use minimally as just my husband and I. Very disappointed! Very again!
