A few minor changes would make this a great choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product came as an upgraded appliance package from our builder. Works great, but would really benefit from the ability to lower the "beep" that sounds once the timer has gone off or the food has finished. Lastly, there really should be an ability to run the timer and the microwave separately as I've been able to do with prior (and cheaper) models. Other than that, the finish is great, it looks great in our kitchen and I, for one, like the LED lighting- Super bright !!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Contemporary design inside and out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave/convection oven is slightly smaller that my previous one, but has more “preset” features for convenience. However, I am disappointed with the convection process because the turntable keeps moving, thereby limiting the size of the pans that can be used. The instructions state that directions to stop the turntable are on page 28, but no such directions exist.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this microwave. The only downside to it that’s Ive found is I personally find the setting a little confusing. Setting a timer with the convection? What is safe to use in the microwave vs using convection? I just need to spend more time reading the manual, but I haven’t had that time yet. Otherwise everything cooks well and I find myself using the convection more than the microwave!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have this only 3 weeks but I love it! Looks beautiful inside and out. Use it for microwaving. convection cooking and baking. Easy to clean inside and out. Led lights really illuminate my stove top and interior led light is nice also. Only reason it did not get 5 stars is that the fan is kind of loud even on the low setting

Vent and exhaust - bad design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vent does not pull anything in, the exhaust is designed to go straight up - right into the cabinets - and I had this professionally installed. See the pictures. Condensation is all over the cabinets from the exhaust and the vent does nothing with the steam coming from the pot on the oven - again this was a professional install so everything should be working properly.

Condensation is a normal part of microwave cooking. Room humidity and the moisture in food will influence the amount of moisture that condenses in and around the microwave oven. Generally, covered foods will not cause as much condensation as uncovered ones. Ventilation openings must not be blocked.
I recommend revisiting your microwave’s installation guidelines to ensure your appliance is installed per our recommendations. You may follow the link below for further info.

So very versatile
