Very difficult to find right temp to cook without burning food

As an experienced cook I set the oven to 350 degrees and with half hour burned a 1.5 lb pork roast to a lump of charcoal.

Great Product

This microwave looks great, was easy to mount, and works like a gem! The large capacity and inside design is just what we need for our family. I enjoy the convection aspect too as I only need to warm up my microwave for a fresh batch of cookies instead of heating up my whole house with our oven!

Does not do what its meant for !

I got this with the house I bought , just about 6 months ago. Its supposed to vent out the smells from the cooking , but sadly it does not, My top cabinets are all splattered with a lot of oily film which we have to continuously clean to keep them tidy. I am not sure if this has not been set to outside vent or left in the inside vent mode .Please advise. Ron
