More than a microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with this microwave as it is also a convection oven and that will be handy over the holidays, I'm still learning the settings but only change I would make is on "soften/melt" it only has a setting for melting butter. I wish there was a setting for just softening a stick of butter but love the features and happy with my choice

I purchased the entire gallery line. The Microwave is the only piece that has NOT had a problem from installation. The oven did not work, dishwasher does not dry the dishes and the refrigerator is trying to suck the sink out of the cabinet, the obscene fridge noise is awful.

Some tips that can alleviate any drying matter with your dishwasher, is to ensure that the incoming water is 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Ensuring that the incoming water is correct, using the correct cycle setting, using rinse aid, and loading the dishes properly can assist with the dishes drying properly.
Also, some plastics may need to be towel dried, being that plastics do not get as hot as metal or glass, so more water collects.
We also understand that some sounds coming from your refrigerator can be clamorous. Variable-speed compressors operate at a higher speed and pressure when first starting. The sound should lessen as it continues to run and balances pressures.
So that we are able to gain a little more insight pertaining to your oven matter and any issues you may be experiencing, we have reached out to you personally. Please be on the look out for an email from us.
