It took 3 months for repairs failed completely in the first year of warranty
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very stylish, powerful, easy to use OTR microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was originally going to the buy the OTR Frigidaire Gallery convection oven/ microwave unit. It became unavailable, alas. "Stepped down" to this unit. Still, it has been a fine performer. Like my new Frigidaire electric range, the controls and styling are superb. Best in class. Practical performance has been very satisfactory. The unit is powerful, especially cooking prepared meals. I had an oops already, my fault, which produced major splattering inside the oven. Clean up was easy and left no stains. Would buy unit again and I recommend it to be considered by others.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hate OTR Microwave w/Convection

Not working at all and it has been less than a year of usage. Other issues are: the turn-table makes an annoying thumping noise; not a true high/low exhaust fan; and the excessive beeping when the unit finished its programmed cycle. Currently waiting for repair parts...

My first convection/microwave combo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't seem to get the right combination for a convection/micro temp. If I lower it 25 degrees as stated in the manual, it takes longer than if I had it in a regular oven. If I keep it at the same degrees, I still have to keep hitting the add 30 seconds button. Otherwise, I love the microwave part and it is beautiful.
