Love my stove and microwave

Not in love

The sensor feature cooks just about everything too long, which makes me miss the “less” button on my last microwave. There is a black bar across the bottom, which the door scrapes across whenever you open and close it.
I can’t speak to the convection feature, because the one time we tried it, it did not work. Must read the book again more thoroughly.

The sensor cooking chart on page 14 in your Owner's Manual will offer the best solution to your cooking needs. This will tell you how to wrap your foods and what quantity the option will cook in the specified time frame. It sounds like your door may be sagging and may need to be checked out. Beautiful appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave/convection oven came with my home purchase in July. I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it was, especially the inside. I never had or used a convection oven. Now I can't get enough! All of the features work very well just as indicated. Cook times are very consistent when following instructions from recipe etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's like having a 2nd oven

Full disclosure- I've worked for a 3rd party representing this brand for 11 years. I have been a homeowner for 4 years and it was time to buy new appliances. Getting a convection OTR was a no-brainer for me, I always talked about it being a second oven, but I was skeptical (even with all my experience) about how well it would actually brown or bake. I have only used it once or twice as a microwave, I am mostly using it as an oven! I've cooked vegetable dishes, baked potatoes, and even a take n bake pizza- all turned out just like they would in the oven. I love the LED lighting for the cook surface too.
