Compact with great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that I can use it as a convection oven vs having to heat up my regular oven for small items or if I want something crispy which the microwave cannot always provide.

Plastic covering

This microwave came with our new built home and we are very displeased with the quality of parts. It looks so beautiful and sleek but the number pad has a plastic covering over it. I used a paper towel to dry up the water leftover from the wash cloth on the pad and it left scratch like marks all over it. In the manual it states one must use a soft cloth not an abrasive house cleaning product. I guess a paper towel is an abrasive house cleaning product. Very dissatisfied. In the pictures it shows what happens.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor design

I like most of the features but when installing, the screw to open the filter compartment was in SO TIGHT that we had to us silicone spray. It ruined the finish. Thank goodness you don’t see it unless the door is opened. Not pleased about that. The design on the bottom of the microwave makes it look like it is not level when looking at it from the side view. It actually is level if you look at the “inside bottom”. The picture really doesn’t show the 3/4 inch different from the back to the front of the cabinet.

Very pretty but...
