Finally, I have a refrigerator that is super COOL!

Refrigerator has lots of storage compartments to keep everything organized. Ingeniously designed shelves are stylish and easy to remove and clean. Dual ice machines are great for entertaining. Air and water filters keep things fresh.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We had a side-by-side and hated the restrictions on space, the Electorolux gives us the space we need in a counter deep refrigerator.

Remodeled kitchen and needed new counterdepth refrigerator. Chose Electrolux because someone had mentioned it being good quality product

Disappointing

I am not able to provide a positive review. The product looks beautiful but function is less than good. After the grid temperature was off and repaired the freezer became a problem both in ice making and in ease of open/closing. Needs structural improvement.

In door ice maker issues

The fridge is a great product with one major flaw. Unlike most refrigerators, this unit has two ice machines. This was a major reason we purchased the product. After about a year I have had continual problems with our in door ice machine. It is about to be replaced for the second time in two months. When a certified technician came to my house, he said this is a common problem with these in door ice machines. They can't keep enough of them in stock. I hope electrolux fixed the problem as the rest of the fridge is great.

Worst refrigerator I have ever owned!

I was so excited to get an Electrolux, but boy was I wrong. There is no alarm when the door is left open. The bottom freezer door doesn't slide very well and the top drawer frequently jumps the track resulting in the door not closing properly. Now the ice maker has stopped working after just a year and a half. It runs constantly and the ice maker (when it was working) is quite loud.

If your doors are open for twenty minutes or longer, your door alarm will chime. Opening your freezer drawer from the middle should reduce it from coming off track.
