Freezer drawer doesn't slide well

I love the refrigerator portion, but we had some trouble with the freezer drawer. We actually had 3 different repair technicians out to fix it. The drawer doesn't slide well unless you are holding the middle of the handle of the freezer. With four hungry kids, I'm hoping it holds up but am concerned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Refrig review - pros vs. cons

Pros: reasonably good quality. looks great. works well. convenient features.
Cons: installers did not level unit per mfg recommendations. upon closer examination, discovered that a bottom plate that the 2 rea wheels are mounted to is bent slightly causing misalignment. Bent plate appears to have been done at the factory so I fault Electrolux quality for this esacpe.

I think I've got the Electrolux curse. I've had two new refrigerators and they have both been defective.

Great refrigerator. Even cooling, lots of space, every nook and cranny utilized.
Alarm if accidentally left open. Continuous ice. A dream. So glad I picked this

Does everything a refrigerator should do and even has a the water filter/ice machine. Only wish is to have a bigger freezer

The search for the perfect fridge

My wife Anne and I own a condo on the beach in Vero FL. Our old refrigerator had a minor leak that caused water to drip on the tile floor. My wife slipped and fell and we decided to look for a replacement. The search was an eye opening experience. We are both very concerned about safety, quality as well as value. We have a galley kitchen which translates into tight space and that we had to have a counter depth fridge. Of the 11 counter depth fridges we looked at by far the Electrolux was the best. The fit and finish we're great. Everything about this fridge is fantastic. The water is purified,the air is filtered and the lights are led all of which is truly great. We have had it a month now and a number of people in our building are looking at Electrolux as an option in there search after seeing ours.
I would recommend this to a friend!

soooo close

On the surface, I like my new refrigerator. It has all the features I want and is the right size and look to go in my brand new kitchen. Unfortunately, two thing went wrongs upon installation. #1 the rear wheel
broke as we moved it into the house. The customer service rep was very helpful and sent me a replacement wheel assembly in a couple of days. Unfortunately, it was a replacement for a for a front wheel and didn't fit. #2. The ice maker in the food space area which supplies ice to the in door dispenser does not work. I called the referred local repair company and they scheduled an appointment to come out. I guess they are very busy as it was a week or two before they could come. The diagnosis is a "bad control board." Disappointing in a brand new appliance. I would have thought that they would be tested before they are shipped.

Overall, we're very happy with our new refrigerator. It is beautiful and works well. And we love the functionality of the water/ice dispensor. We have noticed that it is somewhat noisy at times.
