Worst Fridge Ever!

I purchased this appliance in May, 2015 and it has never worked properly. I had to have a repair service come to my home 3 times. The top of the unit did not cool properly and could not maintain a constant, safe temperature. The freezer door was not aligned properly and did not close completely, resulting in unfrozen food. Electrolux finally relented and replaced the unit. My first choice would have been to exchange for a different manufacturer, however, that was not an option.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

NOT WORTH THE PRICE

This is an expensive refrigerator and not a quality product for any price. Purchased in June 2013 and it already needs a computer and thermostat. Repair will take 2 weeks. No space for tall itmes or milk.

Poor design on Electrolux refrigerator

Overall, we like the refrigerator. However, I would not recommend this particular model for the following reasons:
1. Within the first month of purchase, the bottom ice maker came loose from the refrigerator wall. This was fixed but is a poor design.
2. The freezer drawer does not slide closed well. We have to be very careful when closing, so that the interior basket is not damaged.
3. The top left door's rubber seal has torn. This is due to the fact that this door is, at times, opened and closed on its own. It appears that the left door should always be opened and closed first. 
All three of these problems are due to poor design. It would seem that these could easily be improved for future models.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not Happy

I received this fridge and it came with several problems. two dents from shipping, a fan motor mounted wrong making a loud noise, the upper ice maker does not work and the freezer drawer slide rails are messed up making it hard to open and close.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor quality

After owning this refrigerator for for 16 months, the plastic on the top of the freezer door cracked off, and the plastic on the bottom of one refrigerator door is about to crack off. We have no children in the home, and this refrigerator has not taken any abuse.   I am currently in the process of trying to get this replaced for no charge, even though it is over a year.  I have never heard of pieces of a refrigerator cracking after a little over a year.  We'll see what happens, but as of now I am really unhappy.

The worst nightmare I ever owned

Ice maker broke first week. They tried fixing 2 times, no luck.

Happy so far!

We purchased this model for our lake cottage because of the double ice maker feature. We have lot of company at the Lake and we needed extra ice all the time. So far so good! We have not run out yet. I wish we would have paid more attention to the "bowed" contour of this design. We have a small kitchen and this design takes up more room.
I would recommend this to a friend!
