Beautiful piece of equipment. Ball bearing equipped slides smoothly.

Temperature uniformity is not as good as my old Sub-Zero. Variation of 8 deg F from top sheld to bottom shelf. Secondly the doors close loudly compared to a similar Whirlpool giving the impression of not as sturdy build.

we like the fridge but had major problems with the ice maker in the door. after trying to fix the problem a few times , we had the entire ice maker replaced. this solved the problem. I really did not like having a major problem with a brand new and expensive appliance like this. Also the left side door wont stay open but the right one is fine. Another thing I dont like.

Overall - decent Fridge

I bought this for the counter depth and because I wanted the second ice maker. The video on the website shows the top of the line model and its very hard to tell if the model I ordered had the beveled glass shelves and the cool zone temperature control. Which it did not. It would have been nice to see a video of the actual appliances and the delta between them. The door shelves need to be placed carefully - height wise. When you put a gallon of milk in the door and you have the shelf in the main section in the wrong place.. the items in the door(ie gallon of milk) will hit the shelves. Also...When it arrived the freezer door would not close and seal. Turns out the rail had been damaged in transit(?) But calling support got someone out quickly to get rails for the drawer replaced quickly and very easily. Positives for the Fridge I got- love it... wished it was the same one they show on their website though.

Awesome fridge

I have nothing but great things to say about this fridge. It's a perfect fit in my kitchen. I was worried about the ice maker but it seems like they have fixed this as I'm not seeing any issues. The fridge replaced a side by side so I'm very happy with the French door as I'm able to fit large casserole dishes. The fridge run very quietly and so far a happy camper and extremely happy the purchase and with the quality of this item. Highly recommended.

To be honest I'm not sure I like this product at this time. We've only had this fridge for three months and we're unsure if we're going to be happy with the product because the first fridge they send us malfunction after three weeks. Oh, and because we had to wait almost a hole month before getting a replacement.

After owning for 6 months, every thing is working as expected. The door alarm is awesome when a child doesn't get the freezer closed. I also like the 2 ice makers for the summer...we won't run out of ice. The second ice maker in the freezer can be shut off during the winter for more storage.
Overall we are very pleased with the quality and look of our new refrigerator.

My New Refrigerator

I am extremely happy with my purchase!!! It is extremely convenient the way it is laid out. Many visitors to my home have commented on how GREAT it looks. I am having some difficulty keeping the finish spotless. What do you recommend?

First Electrolux Appliance

I recently built a new home and purchased all new appliances for the kitchen. I had originally ordered another brand but changed to the Electrolux becuase of the style, interior design and features. Unfortunately less than two weeks in operation the ice maker broke. Electrolux services sent the incorrect part so there was an additional delay getting the repairs completed. The service repair person indicated that he had at least three calls for the same issue on our model refrigerator.
Some times the door mechanical door seal does not operate correctly and catches the doors when closing. I fear this will damage the doors and need to be mindful of this problem each time we open and close the refrigerator doors.
