This is an expensive refrigerator. It has a lot of bells and whistles but it also has some features that aren't designed very well. The in-door ice/water dispenser is a good example. The ice dispenser in "cube" mode puts out crushed ice. In "crushed" mode, it put out powdered ice (snow). The water dispenser occupies the same space so unless your bottle, glass, whatever, is positioned just so, water sprays out onto the floor. I keep a towel there now all the time.
Yes, you can adjust the shelves, but from a practical standpoint, unless you want a shelf that has no more than 3-4 inches clearance, you need to leave them as they were set and accept the fact that you'll never be able to store anything even as tall as a half-gallon carton of milk except on door. Even a large bottle of salad dressing won't fit. I'm thinking of removing a shelf altogether.
I bought what I thought was the best refrigerator in the appliance store. What I bought was the most expensive refrigerator in the appliance store, and trust me, there's a difference.

Just one thing...

LOVE this refrigerator. Just one issue...if there is a power surge/outage,must go to circuit panel and reset power completely in order to re-activate controls on door. This is very inconvenient.

One Fine Appliance

This model was exactly what my wife and I were looking for in a refrigerator. We find that there is ample freezer space in the lower section and plenty of rack flexibility in the upper compartments. We like the various specialty trays, and are sure to enjoy them even more once we get familiar with their functionality. There are more controls on the door "command center" than we are used to, but the manual provides fairly straightforward explanations of how to use them. Best of all, this model is proving to be as energy efficient as the energy use tag said it would be. The only negative is that the component that controls compartment humidity is noticeably noisy (it rattles). The manual tells us that is normal. We would hope that could be silenced in future models.

much better than GE Profile

Like the design and the functionality. Much better than the GE Profile side by side. This is not the IQ touch though. It is pressure touch.
So far, so good. Nothing wrong and everything works.

Not worth the price

Yes pretty but scaled down version with no temp drawer. Ice maker in freezer not necessary. Freezer seems smaller than other model. There are other better cheaper brands out there. This a replacement for one with ice maker problem

Design of fridge.

I thought I would like the French Door style but after several months I am not really happy with this style. Every time you want to get in the center drawer, you have to open both doors. I would have preferred the center drawer on the outside of the fridge like other models I have seen.
