It does it's job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty good. The handle on the bottom freezer is loose. I am omthe only person that lives there and uses it so I'm not sure why it is getting loose. Also, it already needs a water filter which is a little pricey and I buy bottled water so not sure how I need one already in only the few months I've had it. I already had a repair on the ice maker from a manufacture issue as well. Other than that it does it's job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it but the ice maker is a little noisy and very slow. The top rack in the freezer is always popping loose but is easy to realign.

TMoore, I have a couple ideas that may help your ice production. My family was having a similar experience, we needed more ice than the ice maker would produce(2.5 to 3 lbs. per day). The first thing I did was to lower my freezer temperature two degrees (-2 worked great for us), but your experience may be different. The second thing I did, was to place an extra ice bin in the freezer. I empty the ice from the ice maker into the extra bin twice a day (once when I wake up, and again when I get home from work). This worked for my family, and I hope it helps yours! Your top basket in the freezer should have 4 (2 on each side) “U” shaped retainers along the slide assemblies on each side (in addition to the 3 that are part of the stabilizer bar on the front), make sure the basket is being held by all 7 retainers. Everything else is great, but....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigerator for a little over 3 months now. Suddenly, no ice! I still have water, just no ice. Repairman coming Monday to take a look. Love all the storage room and lift-up shelving etc.

Nice Refrigerator!
