No cold water and ice maker has not worked correct

I am visiting my Aunt and Uncle and they purchased this refrigerator in June 2016. It has leaked, frosted over at the ice dispenser and continues to have problems. Now with the repair done while my visit, we were told ice will come in 24 to 48 hours. No cold water and no ice. The repairman was troubled as they continued to order the part (2 times) and received the incorrect part each time - even though he knows he ordered the correct part. He was able to repair her refrigerator by taking only a piece off the part sent but it still doesn't work! This is just too long to repair a part for a new refrigerator. Please assist them!

This appliance fits great into the scheme of my kitchen. Sleek smooth front finish and easy to clean. I love the large center draw and the shelved slide out so I can reach the back. The freezer on the bottom allows me to get what I need without have to dig. I can see everything; no bending over, no food push to the back and forgot about. My kids love it too. And the ice maker/tray is huge... just what this family needs.

Great Frig

This Frigidaire replaced a 25 year old Frigidaire. The freezer on the bottom is so nice. We have an upright freezer so we were more interested in refrigerator space. This refrigerator holds so much more than our other one. If this unit lasts half as long as the last we will be in good shape.

Very nice refrigerator

I purchased this at the end of March and it was delivered the first part of April, so I have had it in place for a little over a month. It has a lot of room, movable shelves and very sturdy bins in the doors. It has a door alarm to let you know if someone has left the door open too long as well as a light/alarm to let you know the power has been off. The interior bulb is very bright and I really enjoy having the freezer on the bottom since I don't get into it nearly as much as the refrigerator part. The ice maker is also nice to have since I've never had one before. It is much quieter than the one I had and so far I have been very pleased.

Spacious, quiet and reasonable price.

Very happy with our purchase of this frig. I particularly like the deep vegetable/fruit bins, which were roomier than other similar brand models I compared. It is quiet too. My only very minor complaint is that the fruit or vegetable selector on the veg/fruit bins are too easily moved and may get moved inadvertently. Overall we are extremely pleased with the quality, ease of use and construction of this refrigerator.

This is an ok Refrigerator, the water in the door comes out room temp, was told if I want cold water use ice, the ice dispenser shoots ice out with great force cousing ice to get on the floor, the frige came striped of all the accrosies the were on the display model was told
i would have to pay extra. The doors dont close easly you have to push them or they will stay ajar. Wish i could send it back Not a good value for the money

Also, I recommended checking the level of the refrigerator, in some cases, an uneven floor or doors can affect the opening or closing of a refrigerator.
