[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I truly love being able to have a smart light switch in my home where I can control the lighting anyway I want. I can use it on manual auto or set it for our lights to come on as we walk through the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received this, I was impressed with the quality and features of the product both with or without a base unit to add it to a homes wireless system. The only thing missing was a face plate to cover up the switch and make it safe around my children.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These switches have really made operating my life much more pleasant. As someone who’s travels frequently, I could t recommend these enough.
I’m in love with Z-wave products! I use Alexa, and I had no problem “discovering” and us ng the switch after install.
The install can be a bit confusing if you aren’t super familiar with wiring (like me), but after a false start or two, once I’d turned the breaker back on it worked like a charm. There is a blue LED that lets you know it’s ready to function. My house has older receptacle boxes, so it was a tight fit, but with patience you can get it done.
You will need a hub to interact with Alexa, FYI. I was concerned about buzzing being an issue, but not a peep for me so I’m very pleased in that front!
It takes a bit to familiarize the manual functioning, though honestly I hardly use them that way, preferring my voice or mobile device, and what can be easier than telling them what to do aloud?!
I am very happy with the product and definitely recommend!!

I own over 15 of these and they work great with Hubitat. Best way to install motion sensors in a room without people noticing them.

Firmware Updates for Home Assistant

If you're using Home Assistant, Jasco now pushes firmware updates to its Z-Wave wired products.. I'm not sure if a firmware update is available for this particular switch, but many of my Jasco/GE devices have received updates (as of late 2022). Search for Jasco and Home Assistant for more details.
