Good switch so far. Came with latest firmware installed. Was able to the the motion detector as its own entity within automations in HA

No firmware updates publicy available

Trying to update the over 4-year-old firmware on a recently bought switch is a nightmare. Connected with HomeAssistant, you could update these by uploading a firmware image to it but this company (Jasco) doesn't provide any firmware files because they don't know the difference between source code and a proprietary, already compiled firmware image. The only way to update these is through a compatible Z-Wave hub, which they even not list, so you're end up with new bought switches, whose firmware is 4~5 years old, has a lot of bugs in it and you can't even update these without ripping every switch out of the wall...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Crap Firmware with no way to update

You cant update the firmware without a special hub, the motion sensors can't be disabled, and by default the motion sensor turn on the lights immediately even if you just turned them off and are trying to walk away from the switch

Works as it should

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have replaced a few switches in my home and I had no problem getting this put in the room. It was fairly simple to install and worked exactly as it should. This light works great for my daughter who is afaid of the dark because it turns right on when she walks in. No more searching for the switch. I also love how it is smart and can be controled by wifi. Pretty awesom.

It has lots of features that I love such as I can control it from my phone, it can detect motion and I can customize when I want the lights on. It was fairly simple to install if you follow the instructions. It took about a half hour to install. It also comes with white or almond buttons so it can easily match your other switches. Although, I do wish it came with the wall plate too.

Neat Product -- Makes my Life Easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do you want to walk in a room and have the lights automatically turn on? Then you must get the Z-Wave Plus Wireless Smart Lighting Control Motion Switch. You set up the switch to turn on lights automatically and there are three different modes to do this: Occupancy mode, Vacancy mode and Manual Mode. I especially like occupancy mode because lights turn on when I enter a room and when I leave, they'll automatically turn off in a short span of time. If you're out of town, you can set it up for lights to turn on and off depending what you program. This is a cool gadget and makes my life easier.

These switches will spoil you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I've been slowly trying to make my home mostly "smart" starting with these motion switches. Surprisingly, these were fairly easy to set up and install and once that is done they work like a dream.
I live alone and I find these really give me a piece of mind with the motion control and the access to my lights from my phone/Alexa.
As far as the benefits to this switch - It does have a sensitivity switch and also different operational modes. I would for sure go with the motion sensor light switch as it really will spoil you!
I would recommend this to a friend!
