Returned. Didn't like it vary much. It couldn't transition from carpet to floor very well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry you were disappointed, and glad you were able to return. You may have been happier with a unit designed for both hard floors and carpet, rather than the SLIM2. If you are interested - please reach out to our customer service team @ CustomerService@ecovacs.com. Thanks again & Happy July 4th!
Bought the Deebot about 3 weeks ago. Been using it everyday and have no complain except for the WiFi feature. It requires a 2.5 GHZ WiFi signal. Most WiFi now are 5.0. Wish I could use my IPhone to control it. Overall, it is great and keeps the floor clean. The mop feature is very versatile.
Had it almost a month, runs every other day. We have it in our kitchen/dinning room which is open floor plan with a 6 chair table and island with 5 chairs. The bot sometimes gets lost moving around the chairs. Meaning there are times only half to room gets touched. However, what it does do is done well. The mop pad almost does the whole floor if the pad is soaked well enough with cleaner.
I purchased this to replace an earlier bot. This bot works better than the old models because it fits under almost everything. Biggest problems I have had with bots is they get stuck partway under things that their sensors tell them they can fit under. This little guy goes under everything. It has a small refuse bin that you really need to empty everytime it runs but that is like a two minutes job.
I bought this about a month ago and really like it, my only real issue is that it is not very good at docking to charge, trying again and again until it beeps for help. If it charged right, I'd love it
