I bought this about a month ago on Morning Deals, and what I saw on the show is not what I received. .It does pick up dust, etc,, but basically just goes in circles, and even in " wall " mode, just keeps bumping into the walls, and gets turned around... I also had a hard time downloading the app, and still not working right....I am very disappointed. My 2 little dogs like it, they follow it around, ....

Does not hold a charge

We use our vacuum once a week, it stays on the charger all week and when we go to use it - no battery charge. Have to disconnect and reconnect the home unit, charge for 3 hours, then use right away. If you wait too long to use, charge is lost. Waste of money. It’s faster to just use the regular vacuum and be done with the chore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 3 weeks ago and the reason I love it is that it's fits under my couches which is are only 3 inches high I have two cats and it removes their hair, so I don't have to keep moving my couches.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Ecovac realizing the mini size and capacity. Therefore it’s for small areas and workload. However, it is not as smart as I like it to be. It easily gets confused and stuck with obstacles, furnishings, etc. It does not follow a logical pattern of vacuuming and if too far away from launching pad, it takes forever to find its way home.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To help the robot make it back to the charging station, please make sure to leave a few feet of space clear on each side of the dock, as well as limiting the amount of infrared signals between the dock and robot.
