Great product (we call him Dusty). Does a super job cleaning in between our cleaning lady. Important because my wife has asthma, & Dusty gets rid of a lot of the dust !! Sometimes I think Dusty is human :-)!
Also, the Support Team did a suburb job when I had a problem!

This vacuum was advertised to pick up dog hair but instead it just gathers it into a ball of fur underneath and shuts down. It doesn’t seem to be able to even suck it up inside. Very disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans everywhere, even under furniture. I set it up for auto clean before and after I go out to my weekend place. Always nice and clean for company. Sometimes gets caught up in shag throw rug in the bathrooms, so I hang them now when i leave. Sometimes takes a bit of time in finding his way back to the charger but eventually makes it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great feature is that the vacuum can go under low profile furniture. The bad part is that the vacuum gets stuck often on transition strips and anything that is not completely flat. the noise it makes when it is stuck is horrendously loud! And its gets stuck a lot. Dirt gets stuck on the bottom of the vacuum so when it can make it over a bump the vacuum leaves behind dog hair and dirt so you have to clean it off every single time you use it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

When the machine does not get stuck it does an awesome job. The problem that i have is that it gets stuck on or between every piece of furniture. Also it never fines it’s way back to the docking station.

Regarding the DEEBOT struggling to return back to the charging station, leaving a few feet of space clear on each side of the charging dock, as well as checking for signal interference between the dock and the DEEBOT should result in the DEEBOT having an easier journey home. The DEEBOT should also always start its cycle from the charging dock so it has an easier time making it back.
