Bestbuy stop sell this item!

This is the second return. First set the volume buttons would work for a few minutes and then stopped working. Turning off and waiting until the next day, it would work again but then stop working shortly after again.
Second one, the right speaker connection was not working. Also I noticed that the arm holder has been moved since the first one we had and there you cannot listen to the first half of the song.
What a piece of junk! I’m so tired of unpacking, getting my hopes up and then packing it back up and return to the wait for a new one to be shipped it to have it be a piece of junk.
This is not a sellable product! Stop selling these to your customers Bestbuy!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
