Computer Cooler

We bought this unit to work as an "alternate" option to cool our computer rack. It has done the work we expect, but we are having issues regarding the exhaust (hot air) of the unit. Please take in consideration the location where you are going to put the unit before purchasing. For 1 month of use is working OK.
Pros: easy to use, Features/Settings

Relief from summer heat

We got this unit because the wonderful city officials where we leave made us remove the window units that hang out the window. So far it has saved us thru the high temperatures we've been enduring, especially when the humidity is too high and makes running the evaporative cooler pointless. I'm happy with the cold air it produces and my husband had a relatively easy time of installing it in our big sideways opening windows. I love that I don't have to dump water out constantly because I've heard of people having to deal with that hassle. I only wish that it was a little cheaper so we could've gotten two haha. Also, it's a bit louder than I would of hoped, but I'd rather it be noisy than boiling hot inside. A good product overall!

My son's central air went out the other evening and my new portable air conditioner saved the day. It kept a large den and kitchen and hallway very cool while I waited for the repairman to fix it. Believe me, Mama does not like the heat. I was very comfortable. When my next door neighbor's central air went out-my husband and I bought the 11,000 BTU for them. She is undergoing chemo for breast cancer and money is very tight for them and I knew she would not be able to fix hers and she really did not need to be hot and miserable. Great product!

Cools the room and removes humidity well.

Good product that does its job. Two issues I have with the unit are: 1. There is no way to empty the water collection tank without removing the exhaust hose and either moving the unit outside to drain it or pick it up and put it on the counter to drain it into the sink and the whole time it is draining you have to tilt it and hold it there. 2. Should also have a heater system in it to dry the unit's components inside so it won't mildew when you store it. Recommend LG design these units with a water collection container that can be easily removed, emptied and placed back in the unit by the consumer.

This unit kept me cool through a heatwave in Florida My central was hit by lightning and we used the portable unit for about 15 days it was nice and cool

I bought this AC to help in the master bedroom where it it's always hot and it works wonders. Great purchase and it's portable.
