Purchased just before the heat and humidity hit this summer. Pleasantly surprised that it met my cooling needs in a efficient manner. Now mid August, as far as the heat / humidity is concern ........bring it on!!
Easy install, well illustrated instructions, remote is a major plus.
Recommended to friends, problem is, hard to find, always sold out in our area .
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

We have had it a couple months and it has been efficient and it is not real noisy. Good quality and the price was within our expectations.

It gets the job of cooling done but at a cost of extreme
noise. The fan is very noisy and the unit has a lot of

Inadequate to cool 300 sf room

Very noisy. Entered my room with 89 degree temperature in the room . Ran for two hours and still couldn't get temperature below 86. This room is 13.5'x21.7'. 291 sf. This is a 10.000 BTU unit. Not good.

OK But not exceptional

Easy to set up and did not require a drain for water in the 2 weeks I used in while our central AC unit was out. Did not expect it to cool the house but it did make make the 600 square foot primary living area slightly more tollerable from the heat of the day actually a little cool at night. I chose LG due to reputation and power consumption was the maximum my small generator could handle if required during emergency situations.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings

really COOL product

I live in Phoenix AZ and it is hot here. This account unit does pretty well cooling my master bed room. It is a bit loud and never came with a drain house to use the dehumidifier function though. Besides that great product and makes living here a whole lot better with out raising my electric bill super high
