Great product for money

I purchased this unit for an addition I had added to my home. The addition is 16'x16' with two full length windows in each wall. Room faces south. It is 93 out side today and the room is 74. the installation was straight forward. took approx. 30 minutes to install. very happy with unit.

I bought this product to go in my newly constructed "Man Cave". I have been very pleased with the performance of this product. I love the fact that I can set the timer and it will come on before I get home and it will either be nice and cool or warm when I get there. I would highly recommend this product to anyone!

This unit is quiet and powerful

I recently purchased the LW1213HR to heat and cool my 450 sq. ft garage which is fully remodeled as a work out center. I live a Florida and it gets very hot, this units cools it down in 4-5 minutes and keeps it cool and I cannot even tell a difference in my electric bill and I use every day. The heating function works just as well. Very quiet, does not interfere with the work I do with my fitness clients

Excellent AC unit

This is in the living room of our guest house and is so powerful, most guests don't need to turn the one on in the bedroom. We haven't used the heater part but I'm confident it will be great.

I like everything about my new air conditioner! It is able to cool my entire 3 bedrooms home. And I especially like the fact that it will also warm my home in the coming winter. Thank you LG Electronics!

The a/c portion of this unit is great cools the room quickly the energy saver feature does not always leave the area cooled enough but it is also useful. I have not had the opportunity to experience the heating aspect which is one of the main reasons I brought this unit but if it is as efficient as the cooling properties this will be a great unit to have for year around use.

Good air conditioners bad heaters

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't buy breaks down after using heater lasts anywhere from 4 months to 2 years. Bad product neighbors broke too.
