Small ac with awesome cooling

I bought this unit the end of April for my office. We have lots of computer equipment that raises the temp substantially. The Central Air does not cool off the office enough without making the rest of the building floor an ice box. This unit was intended to supplement the central A.C. and keep the office tolerable. Even on the "Eco Mode" the unit stopped cooling in August. I submitted the warranty claim and was told a new unit would be sent. Several weeks later I received a letter saying they would refund me instead. Needless to say the office has been over 85 degrees for over a month and I will not be buying another Frigidaire product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am enjoying my unit- cools my room very fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with the unit and the remote control. It cools my room in less than 20 minutes. You don't have to get up to turn it on or off when sleeping.
