Good so far.

I have been using it for about a month and I am pleased with the way it works. It cools down the room quick. I like the remote sensing feature that control when the unit cut off until the remote's sensor reached the set temperature on the unit. The reason of giving 4 stars only is because I need to use it for a longer period to see how it performs in the summer and how the manufactoring materials hold up exposed to the weather.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Everyday A/C

Works well but way too noisy!!!!! I do like air cleaning feature. Price was right since I use the A/C infrequently. Frigidaire is an average manufacturer whose quality and frequency of repair fall in the middle of the pack. One must do their due diligence and compare, compare and compare!

It's not working!

I just bought this item and it doesn't seem to be working. It doesn't cool and when it does it only does it for 2 minutes then starts blowing out hot air. Does anyone know how to get this fixed? Or do I just need to return it?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oh no! Daisy Jackson, I am dismayed to hear your new room air conditioner is blowing hot air. Please ensure the air conditioner is set to the “cool” setting. Check that the fresh air vent is not open. If the room temperature is very high, the air exiting the unit ay not feel cold. Air exiting the unit is usually between 17°F – 20°F lower that the intake air, and may not feel cold to the touch until the room temperature is reduced. Cool in a small package

This window air conditioner works very well and is fairly quiet. The only problem I have had is when its on energy saver mode, it will shut off, but then a short time later turns back on, but only for about a minute, then off again. And continues to do that over and over again. I just set it on cool and leave it that way. I like the fact that it plugs into a regular 110v outlet.

I bought this a month ago and still am not sure. If I put it on Econ the thing froze up, ice dripping on my windowsill. Without Econ, runs constantly, cools occasionally.

Does not cool the room

I bought this air conditioner and it does not do the trick . The square footage of the room is such that it is more then enough btu but it's garbage
