This product is user friendly

The controls are easy to use and understand. Cools the room well. Only problem we have had is the sealant to go in the window comes loose and won't stay put but we were able to make it work.
Pros: easy to use

I have used this unit maybe three times last summer. Today I turned it on and it isn't cooling. I am two months out of warranty. ...Enough said!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Relatively easy to set up but agree with other reviewer that the written directions could be a little more detailed and easier to follow. Works great, cools the family room quickly and is pretty quiet. It looks good in the room. Very happy with the product.

We use it at our little woods cabin where it is routinely in the 90s+ during the summer months. This 14K BTU unit keeps the place nice and cool all day, isn't much louder than a regular fan and doesn't look ugly in our home. I highly recommend it!

The air conditioner works fantastic, fits where I wanted it to and as far as price was concerned, cost less than the one it replaced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used this product for several hot and humid months. It works well to cool the 12x12 bedroom and hallway on top floor. Wish it was quieter for sleeping. So much easier than Window unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this during the heat wave we had and it was a life saver. We have an Energystar home, so it cooled most of the 1500 sq. ft. even with uncovered windows facing West.
