Great Product!

We bought an older home years ago with steam heat (boiler/radiators), so the option of central air was not available. While we've gotten by with window units in the bedrooms, the living room and dining room, on very hot humid days, have been too uncomfortable to live in. Larger window units would not fit in the space afforded by the older windows. This unit has given us back a large portion of our house for the summer. Thank you LG!

Overall a very good product. It cools our home nicely in AC mode, the fan does a good job when the AC is not required. The dehumidifier work very well but has a small reservoir so emptying is required often.
Pros: easy to use

We purchased the 12,000 size which cools off a 400 SQ ft space nicely. This is a good alternative to a window unit. Very happy with purchase. However, learned quicklly that the microwave cannot be operated at the same time on the same circuit.

Simple and powerful

I was looking for some way to cool a 12' x 18' room with no window. I purchased the LG portable air conditioner. I cut a circular hole in the wall an placed a section of vent pipe #like exhaust pipe for a gas water heater# through the wall and caulked around it. The air conditioner vents through the wall and keeps the room cool and I am very happy. Low maintainance and great thermostatic control with existing 110 wiring.

I was amazed on how quickly the LG Room Air Conditioner cooled down my home in a matter of minutes. The swing feature is my favorite that delivers air outbound by swinging up and down. Excellent Purchase!!!!

Live here in the desert and over the summer it is always over 100 Dergrees!!!!! Air conditioner works with no problem cooling a 20x20 room at 79 degrees!
