Makes great coffee

Adjusting coffee dosage etc. on the ipad is great.
My big complaint is this machine makes hot milk but will not froth.
I invested in a Breville Milk frother and now I have froth galore.
My former Saeco Exprellia Evo was perfet.

Good start but needs some work

Makes great espressos but a few comments.
The use of the Variable brewing pressure for coffee and espresso is not clear. All coffee is ground into pucks and then water is pushed through with pressure. Drip coffees are not possible from my experience - only puck based coffee with less pressure (which isn't the same).
The app is great but the fact that the app profiles aren't updated on the machine is a big failure. If you use the app, it's great to customize the coffee options but those settings are transferred to the profiles on the machine.
When brewing 2 coffees (option on the app) the machine does not change the amount of ground coffee. This means you're getting 2 much weaker coffees. If I am brewing 2 coffees, I would expect to have double the ground coffee.
Some small things - like on the touch screen it says Americano, while on the App it says American.
Would highly recommend IF these were addressed.
Pros: makes good espresso based drinks, very customizable coffee selections through app, design and feature are a great start
Cons: variable brewing pressure not clear, app profiles should sync with machine profiles, when making 2 coffees should use 2x ground coffee
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing product with many great features

My family loves this machine. With all the user profiles, connectivity, and ease of use, everyone in my household is able to use it. Makes great coffee and provide countless options to customize the drink. Cleaning the coffee grounds and refilling water and coffee can't be any easier. The only thing I wish was different is the water tank as it is a bit small but it is definitely not a major issue for us.

4 1/2. I would give 5 except for cleaning cycle - awkward juggling water and the fact that I like large mugs. The platform could be wider and the spouts raised. Otherwise it is hands down one of the best investments I gave made. It is now one year later and even my friends appreciate the purchase. The customization options are great and the coffee tastes good.

Best machine money can buy

Every morning I look forward to my cup of coffee.
This machine has bluetooth capabilities so I can brew my coffee without having to leave my bed. I simply use the app to select my desired cup, press brew, and moments later it is ready for me to drink. The taste of the endless drinks that this machine produces is unlike no other. I highly recommend this machine to any coffee aficionado.

I thought the blue tooth was gimmicky, but I was wrong. It is so easy to customize each drink. If you have a favorite drink, it's easy to save your preference using the app.

Cons: wish the milk carafe was bigger.
