We absolutely LOVE our Saeco GranBarista!! Don't know how we could live without it! I love making Capuccino's for our grandson (yes, he loves coffee), and the latte machiato's are just part of our everyday live now!!! So easy to use, and to customize.

Still waiting to hear where I can ship the unit for repair. I paid over 2,000 for this machine. The blue tooth only works if the machine is on, but machine turns off after 3 hours. You should be able to turn the machineon over blue tooth so you can make your coffee when you wake up from your bed.
Cons: poor repair service
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this product. I bought this coffee machine just a couple of days ago. It has made my life better. To drink coffee, I don't have to go to a cafe nearby. In addition, I could save money. Due to the bluetooth, I could make coffee easily on my mobile. It is easy and convenient.

This is just an awesome machine with all types of coffee at your fingertips that taste great. Recommend that you get the instruction book from the website - the one that comes with it is just awful. Once you get through the set up and get used to the functions, it is just a joy. We love, love, love this machine!

Have used this machine for over a month and we just love it. Super easy to use and you can modify your coffe in so many ways and easy to save your preference. Following can be modified on each drink.
Aroma 6 different settings.
Coffe volume
Milk volume
Temperature 3 different settings
Taste 3 different settings
We tend to use the app all the time because it's so easy.
Several people can be hooked up over bluetooth at the same time.
I think the machine is very quick to brew your coffe drink.
Very positive that you can do drip style coffe with the machine. Before we had a water boiler for tee and so on but since we hot this machine no one usit it anymore because the machine is way quicker.
Great feture is that it comes with two bean hoppers.
So the only thing that could be improved with this machine is a little bigger water tank but really not a big deal. You also can't do two milk based coffe drinks at the same time.
Machine is very eady to clean and it tell you exact what to do. There is also very good step by step instructions on the app.

Cons: water tank could be bigger not a big deal, no adjustments for how dense your milkfroth gets, you cant do two milk based drinks at the same time

Great Coffee

I was initially concerned about having a coffee machine that costs so much - and wondered about the usefulness of the App to make coffee.
But WOW!!! What great coffee - and being able to save the favourite brews for future use.
Good bodied coffee - with great Crema.
However, after several months, the used grounds (pucks) do not get ejected from the brew group. I'm still trying to find the solution to this.
Also App - not great contrasting colors or separators between each brew.
Pros: great coffee!, love the ease of the app
Cons: coffee grounds not being ejected from brew group, no separators between each saved coffee in the app, wish the unit / app had wifi instead of bluetooth, app does not have great contrasting colors
