This is my third saeco espresso machine. this unit is nicely designed and makes a very good espresso. Easy to fill water and beans . Bought
the no calc filter so that I don't have to descale as much every 5000 cups verses 200 or so doses.

Who needs the headache of whipping up froth manually? this machine does it all for you. easy to clean and care for. figured I had to make 160 espresso drinks for it to pay for itself. I'm at 12 made-many more to go, but well worth it.

Like the new features - showing on the screen the status of the machine, e.g. water temperature, water tank empty etc.
Like the adjustable coffee dispensers.
Had my first SAECO INCANTO for 12 years with some repairs and was very happy with the overall performance. However, I find the water temperature higher with this new machine. This is important to me because I like me coffee piping hot.
