Great taste. Easy of use. The water tank is removable so you can clean it and refill it easily. It has a water filter with it. The grinder has several settings allowing you to find your best preference for intensity and aroma. It also works with pre-grinded coffee. Cleaning the tray and coffee garbage is easy, but the other parts - you clean them weekly/monthly - are unpleasant to clean. I stopped drinking coffee out because the taste is so much better at home... I recommend this machine, a lot.

We ABSOLUTELY LOVE the ease with which we can make a variety of coffee drinks with this machine! We had visited friends in Germany who had a fancier version of this machine and after two visits, we decided we needed to find one for our home. The automatic everything on this machine makes making excellent coffee at home a breeze. Would buy it all over again!

I purchased the Saeco Inacnto about 5 weeks ago and it has performed very well thus far. The overall design of the machine is very good except that the milk carafe releases about two teaspoons of water, due to the steam condensation in the system, prior to dispensing the milk froth. This happens every time we made milk-based drinks. As a result of this water the milk drinks are a bit diluted. One way to avoid dilute milk is to let the water dispenses for a few seconds before inserting the cup to catch the milk. But this is annoying since it will make a mess and we have to do the clean up afterward.
The machine requires meticulous cleaning especially the milk carafe. If we elected to let the machine to do the cleaning every time right after we use the milk carafe then the disassembling and cleaning of the milk carafe components are much easier.
Overall, Saeco Incanto is a very good automatic expresso machine with excellent performance for home or office usages.
Pros: excellent machine for home/office usages.
Cons: frequent cleaning

Initial set up is long. Need to be patient and read instructions carefully. I assumed the machine came with a water filter. Good thing I bought one when I bought the machine. We will be putting the machine to the test this weekend for thanksgiving!

This machine replaced my Saeco Super Automatic that I had for 21 years. It just had its day. I purchased this machine based on my experience with Saeco and the quality of their products. Then Incanto has not let me down, it makes a beautiful cup of Espresso that is better than anything you can buy at a coffee shop. Quality seems very excellent and the machine is easy to clean and use. Capuccino is so easy to make its hard to believe how you made it at home.
