Blade/Cup Leaks

I purchased this blender 2 years ago, and aligned with other reviews my cup also started to leak below the blade. I'm so sad bc I do love this blender, contacted customer service and hoping there's a solution available for this leaking issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for smoothies

I received this blender 3 months ago for Christmas and it’s great for smoothies! My only issue is how loud it is and it always smells like burning plastic.

Excellent Blender

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall all we like the blender. The impeller on container is so well made I doubt I'll have any issues with it leaking. It's easy to clean, and performance of blender is excellent. It does a great job. The base is heavy, a little bulky, but it does not jump around. The only minor issue is the noise level. It's a little loud, but it blends so fast that noise is for a very short duration.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Blender, but HEAVY!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this blender a few weeks ago and have used it every other day to make smoothies. It reminds me of the Vitamix, but not as powerful. It mixes frozen fruit, veggies, spinach, etc. very well though, relative to the Ninja. Warning: the box/based of the blender is VERY heavy and bulky. Would not recommend to people who do not have a lot of kicthen counter space.

Too large and heavy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So big and heavy that unless it could live on my kitchen counter, which was unwise because I don't use a blender that much, it was too cumbersome to move in and out of storage. So sold it. I have an older KitchenAid blender that works fine, is smaller in size and weight and perfectly adequate for my uses. This one was sent to me free, would not have bought one, have no idea of retail price so guessing at some of the categories below.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No more dead blenders!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will be 40 years old this year and I have lost count of how many times I have made my kitchen a completely nightmare with the smoke smell of dead blenders. I truly believe that with the Kitchen Aid High Performance Series Blender these days are totally over. This thing is a beast filled with power! My first recipe prepared with it was my famous carrot cake, which requires a lot from a blender. It made the mixture smooth and bubbly which later resulted in a perfect delicious cake. This blender does wonders for smoothies too. What differentiates this blender from others I have had is that it works extremely fast and it gets things done the first time. Concerning looks, it is very sturdy and heavy therefore I recommend it as an item that one would have on their counter (not on and off). Another great feature is the fact that despite being a beast, the noise it makes is not that different from other blenders. Finally, it is super intuitive to operate and it comes with a recipe book! I can’t wait to prepare my own hummus. It is the next thing on my list.
